NRgy Berry Smoothie

A delicious plant-based berry smoothie that is packed with protein and good for you antioxidants!

Breakfast can be SO simple, there is enough time to get in the nutrients you need to get you through your busy day. Just simply make it to-go!

 

Here is one of my FAVORITE to-go recipes that’s loaded with antioxidants, protein and healthy fats that will keep you full for longer and add a bunch of cell repairing chemicals that prevent disease.
